Kassy Scrivner

Kassy Scrivner was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1983. After receiving her B.A. from the University of Redlands, she went on to study her M.F.A at the Vermont College of Fine Arts. Her poems have appeared in The Iowa Source, Cosmopsis Quarterly, Superstition Review, WORD RIOT, ken*again literary magazine, Illya’s Honey, and have received Honorable Mention in the Jean Burden Prize for the American Academy of Poetry. Originally from Beaverton, Oregon, she currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her mischievous cat, Romeo.
